- The voucher can be used after making a reservation.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is on the voucher. The validity cannot be extended.
- The value of vouchers issued for one Guest within different reservations can be added together.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned.
- We do not give change for the unrealized part of the voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be divided, they must be used in full.
- If the value of the booked services exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining amount must be paid using the form of payment agreed with the reception.
